Simple: Travelwatch does not and will not share ANY of your or your customers’ details with ANYONE.

Travelwatch has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the system.

When You Sign Up
Our site's sign up form requires you to provide your contact information (your name and email address). We use your contact information from the form as the reply address on your email apps. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.

Third Party Sign Up

From time to time Travelwatch develops joint applications with travel industry organizations of which you as a travel retailer may form part of. Our agreements with the third party are such that they assume the responsibility of advising you how they plan to use the joint relationship to help you market to your customers. Each agreement is different however, at no time will your privacy or your customers privacy be treated any differently than as outlined herein.

Your Customer Information
Your Client List requires you to upload your customers’ name and email. Your customer data is password protected and located in your own private and secure database sector in our fully secure state-of-the-art servers. By signing up and using the email apps with a Client List, you allow Travelwatch to send emails as described in the website. Any other use of the data is solely determined by you. Travelwatch does not and will not share ANY of your or your customers’ details with ANYONE.

Our physical database servers are locked in a secure facility, are protected by secure firewall systems and are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


As part of its service, Travelwatch provides its members reports containing statistics and email addresses related only to your campaigns. If you belong to a larger retail organization or such as a consortium, we may be asked to share those statistics (i.e. open, click-through, opt-out rates) for marketing purposes however, Travelwatch does NOT share your customer names or email addresses as part of the statistics. It is the responsibility of the organization to secure your permission and to show proof to Travelwatch that you have been notified to share statistics only.

Opt Outs
Our emails provide your clients with an obvious, clear and efficient web-based means to opt out of receiving any further business and/or marketing email messages from your organization.

The Travelwatch system automatically lists opt outs and removes them from your active mailing list so you never send unwanted email.

CAN-SPAM Compliant
Although Canada does not have specific rules about email delivery, content, spam etc., Travelwatch has chosen to adhere to the principles outlined by the United States' CAN-SPAM Act. Among other requirements, Travelwatch gives registrants the option to remove your and your customers’ information from the database in order to not receive future communications. This site contains links to other sites. Travelwatch is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
